Tehachapi's official tree lighting ceremony will take place December 6 on Green and F Streets following the Christmas Parade. The ceremony will include entertainment from our local youth group and special guest will count down the lighting of the tree.

Calling All of Tehachapi's Little Elves!

The Tehachapi Valley Recreation & Parks District is looking for elves to help decorate the TVRPD Community Christmas Tree on "F" Street.

Donate an ornament or make your own. Either way your ornament will be on this year's Christmas tree. Just put your ornament in the collection box at your school's office. We will be collecting ornaments until December 3rd. You can also drop them off at the TVRPD office. This is a Great Idea for a Class Project!

Tehachapi Valley Recreation & Parks District is always looking for people who would like to teach. If you would like to share your special talents with others or offer instruction, we would like to hear from you. All classes are self-supporting with instructors paid on a contract basis.
